These Terms & Conditions govern your use of DRIPS’ services and website. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About DRIPS LTD
DRIPS LTD is a New Zealand-based mobile concierge medical and IV infusion service, offering personalised treatments and medical consultations delivered to your home or chosen location.
2. Eligibility for Services
By using our services, you confirm that:
• You are 16 years or older (or have written consent from a parent or guardian if under 16).
• You have provided accurate and complete medical information.
• You understand that treatments may be declined if clinically inappropriate.
3. Medical Services Disclaimer
While DRIPS LTD operates with medical oversight and registered professionals, our services are not a replacement for emergency care or your primary healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 111 immediately.
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and may require prior blood testing or a medical consultation before proceeding.
All services are delivered in accordance with the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights, which ensures your right to informed consent, dignity, and quality care.
4. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
• Bookings: All bookings must be made via our website or approved communication channels. Some services may require a consultation before confirmation.
• Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a fee. Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.
• Refunds: Refunds are available in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a service is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, or if a treatment is clinically declined, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
5. Payments
All services must be paid in full within 7 days as invoiced. We accept major credit cards and approved payment providers. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
6. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Health & Safety
DRIPS staff are trained professionals who follow strict clinical and hygiene protocols. Clients are required to disclose any allergies, health conditions, or medications before treatment. Failure to do so may result in the service being postponed or declined for safety reasons.
8. Website Use
Our website content is for general informational purposes only and does not replace medical advice. You agree not to misuse or attempt to access secure areas of our website without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law:
• DRIPS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss related to the use of our services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect once published on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
