Scope of Services
Drips provides complementary preventative and wellness-focused healthcare services designed to work alongside ongoing care from your GP or primary healthcare provider. Our services are not intended to replace emergency, acute or ongoing primary medical care. Clients should seek appropriate urgent medical attention where clinically required.
Regulatory Information
Due to New Zealand legislation (Medicines Act 1981), specific formulation details are provided following a booking enquiry and individual clinical assessment. This ensures treatment recommendations are made appropriately for each client.
Some treatments involve therapeutic substances that are not Medsafe-approved for all indications. All treatments are administered by registered nurses under standing orders issued by a registered medical practitioner, following individual client health assessment and informed consent.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Drips services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual responses and suitability may vary. Drips cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment, infusion or wellness service provided.
Professional Standards
All Drips nurses hold a current Annual Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of New Zealand and meet Drips internal competency requirements prior to delivering any treatment. Medical oversight is provided by Dr. Afraz Adam (MBBS. FRNZCUC, MCNZ #47598).
