One thing we notice consistently with our clients is that hydration is more nuanced than most people realise. It is not simply about how much water you drink — it is about whether your cells can actually absorb and retain it.

Electrolytes are what make that possible. Without adequate sodium, potassium, and magnesium, fluid passes through rather than into your cells. You can be drinking consistently and still be functionally under-hydrated at a cellular level — which often shows up as fatigue, difficulty concentrating, muscle cramps, or slower recovery.

We talk about this a lot at appointments. It comes up with clients who find it hard to drink enough water through the day, those who train regularly or spend time in the sauna, and anyone who wants to maintain their results between infusions. About Elyte

Elyte is a New Zealand-made electrolyte sachet formulated without sugar or artificial additives. Each sachet contains sodium, potassium, and magnesium to support daily fluid balance and hydration.

We stock two options:

Citrus — a light, clean flavour suitable for daily use

Unflavoured — for clients who prefer to add it to water or an existing drink without altering the taste (just salty)

How to get yours

Our nurses carry Elyte stocked in their kit at appointments. There is no need to order online or wait for delivery — simply let us know ahead of your visit and we will make sure it is with us on the day.
